Vascular remodeling in chronic kidney disease in humans

Description

To characterize the mechanisms of vascular remodeling in renal failure, we perform longitudinal studies, to understand the evolution of vascular remodeling in humans, and to identify its clinical, biochemical and hemodynamic determinants. We are looking for a serious student with an interest in clinical research and applied statistics.

CHU Québec, - L'Hôtel Dieu in Québec is a tertiary center where nephrology care is provided through specialized clinics (hypertension, glomerular disease and chronic kidney disease), as well as renal replacement therapy by dialysis and transplants. Our nephrology research group develops translational projects to improve patient care.
