Research project

Development of Laser Sources for Silicon Photonics

Description

We are conducting several research directions in the field of integrated photonics, including:
- Development of ultra-high-coherence on-chip lasers for silicon photonic integrated circuits
- Design of chip-scale LiDAR systems based on quantum dot lasers
- Generation of optical frequency combs for terabit-class optical transceivers
- Development of quantum dot lasers for applications in neurophotonics and optical computing
